Tim Sun - Exercise physiologist

Tim Sun is the Founder of Sun Fitness LLC. As an Exercise Physiologist and Master Trainer, he's here to help you. After graduating and earning his bachelors degree in Exercise Science, he has been guiding people towards their fitness and wellness goals. He preaches that the changes that you want to see all begin with changes to your lifestyle. The keys to success are knowing how to improve, implementing a sustainable plan, and remaining consistent. He coaches clients by creating customized exercise programs, providing nutritional guidelines, and focusing on positivity.

It's all about self improvement. Whether that be physical, cognitive, spiritual, or emotional improvement; it's all a process. The best you isn't built in one day and the journey will require consistency and patience. As Tim works on making himself a better version of himself every day, he aims to inspire you to as well. 

 
 

Janel Zinn - Personal trainer

Janel Zinn believes that health is a journey and not a destination. She absolutely loves helping people navigate that journey. After many years as an engineer in a 9-5 job, she realized that sitting all day was detrimental to her health and well-being. She applied her scientific mind to learn about movement and nutrition. (It’s just physics and chemistry, after all!) She learned that we have tremendous power to affect the way our bodies feel through strength and mobility work and that simple adjustments in our food choices can make big changes in our personal health. Now, as a certified personal trainer, she loves helping other people feel their best! She is married to her adventure partner, Drew, and they have two teenage boys.

Life can be hectic, and it is often tough to find the time to make your own health a priority. Together, we can develop an effective, manageable program, tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

 
 

Jun Cho - Exercise physiologist

Jun Cho is a trainer at Sun Fitness LLC graduating with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in nutrition. After going through an array of physical obstacles due to various injuries and circumstances, he understood that most of the limits people perceive are self imposed and that progress isn’t perfect. Jun has backgrounds in both rehabilitative and sports performance facilities and tries to emphasize individualized pacing with functional movement patterning. He continues to strive towards the betterment of his own techniques and movement, while trying to research proven beneficial alternatives in order to better help clients. 

It’s never too late to learn something new, and when it comes to health and fitness, everybody has something to learn for/about themselves. Jun’s aim is to create a movement or process which will better help clients in easing their momentum towards personal health and fitness. Taking one step at a time until the path has been travelled, Jun encourages you to embrace your odyssey.

 
 

Chaz Bradley - Personal trainer

Chaz Bradley’s start in personal training is not a common one! Chaz started as a client of Sun Fitness in 2017. Although Chaz has been strength and conditioning since 16 years old, he lacked the knowledge and skills to take his body to the next level. Sun Fitness aided in getting his body competition-ready as he eventually competed in and won first place in multiple categories in his amateur Debut. This further lit a passionate fire in him and Chaz provided training and nutrition tips to close friends and family to pursue wellness. Many suggested he pursue fitness as a career and the rest is history. 

Chaz is now a Certified Personal Trainer while balancing his full-time career as a federal law enforcement officer, husband to his high school sweetheart, and proud dad of two girls. Chaz is skilled in strength, conditioning, and weight loss. 

 
 

Jack Nguyen - Personal trainer

Jack got started in his fitness career through playing lacrosse in college. As an athlete he learned the intricacies of coaching for strength training, nutrition, and other niches from numerous different trainers. In doing this he discovered that his genuine love was in the act of bettering oneself and general welfare. Jack has participated in three bodybuilding competitions and two powerlifting events over the course of 4 years of training. He pursues helping others reach various fitness and health goals while working as a trainer for Sun Fitness.
