A Lifestyle Change

Everyone has ups and downs in any journey. I was at one of my lowest points in my fitness journey at the beginning of 2018. I was depressed, I had poor energy and I couldn’t fit into any of my clothes. I knew I needed to change something so, what did I do? I changed my lifestyle. On February 10, 2018 I weighed 195 pounds. That was the heaviest I had ever weighed in my entire life. I stopped eating out, I changed up my regiment at the gym, and I made it my mission to think positively. It wasn’t easy and I sacrificed doing some fun things but I knew what I wanted. I did whatever I needed to do to get to my goal, and that was to step onto a bodybuilding stage in the best shape of my life. On August 4, 2018 I weighed in at 143 pounds at 5% body fat. I lost a total of 52 pounds in just under 6 months. If you set your mind to it, you can accomplish anything. With fitness, it’s really just about changing your lifestyle. I mean, really changing it! If I can do it, you can too.
